"The effective role of the school in the direction of professional graduates" – such a training panel was prepared (22.11.2022) in Tykocin. We invited teachers, school directors, educators, professional advisors and representatives of business environment institutions to participate.
There were 55 people on the panel. During the meeting, experts from the Compass Vocational MSc project. This is Marek Mielnicki, Dr. Ireneusz Żuchowski discussed the topic of vocational guidance in Poland and Germany, the results of the project "The Vocational Compass". The practical use of the Vocational Compass educational programme in primary school and the experience gained from the implementation of the Education Programme were discussed by the Director of the Educational Centre Team. Pope John Paul II in Dyleva Hanna Politowska, while the practical use of the Vocational Compass educational programme in vocational school and the experience from the implementation was discussed by the Director of the Vocational Schools Team No. 1. During the panel discussion, participants shared their experiences and good practices in schools. We hope that the knowledge we have shared will be used, among others, in our Podlaskie educational institutions.
