Conference in the framework of the "Open School" project – we are building accessibility Education for All MANS invites you to the conference opening the project "Opening School – a comprehensive support programme the availability of the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża’, which will take place on February 6, 2025, at 10:10 a.m. The aim of the project is to eliminate barriers to access to education for people with special needs, including persons with disabilities (PWD). This event will be a place to exchange experiences, present the objectives of the project and a discussion of future actions to Inclusion in education and university-environment cooperation socio-economic. 12:15 Meal and networking session, during which Participants will be able to engage with MANS, schools and entrepreneurs. Why is the Open School project so important? The Open University project is a response to the growing need ensuring access to education for persons with special needs. Includes actions in areas such as: Architectural accessibility – elimination of physical barriers in buildings higher education
Digital and information and communication accessibility – facilitating access for information and teaching materials
Support technologies – introduction of technological solutions that help people with disabilities in science
Education support procedures and services – including uplifting training awareness of disability among university staff
Project implementation period: 1 September 2024 – 31 August 2028
