MANS and Kryvyi Rih Professional Medical College are proud to announce the success of the joint project "Soft skills as acquired habits for successful professional and career growth of nurses with the integration into the European educational space", implemented in cooperation with our valued partner from Ukraine. This is an exceptional initiative, prepared under the leadership of Dr Zoe Sharloych and in full cooperation with the staff of our Ukrainian partner. Moreover, the project has distinguished itself so much that it received an honorary grant from the Ukrainian-Polish Youth Exchange Council in the first competition of 2023. It is worth noting that out of the 48 projects submitted for this competition, only 11 were awarded, which demonstrates the high quality of our initiative.

Last year, we had the pleasure of implementing three successful youth exchange projects with Ukrainian institutions. Ukrainian-Polish cooperation is an important tool in establishing and strengthening ties between our two countries. It is not only an opportunity for young people to get to know each other, both personally and culturally, but also provides an excellent platform for developing personal and professional skills and deepening their knowledge of Poland and the region in which they live. Now is the time for us to welcome talented young people from Ukraine to our renowned university, where they will not only have the opportunity to explore the beauty of Łomża and the region, but also participate in unique workshops that will be held together with our students.

During the stay of young Ukrainians and joint workshops with our own youth, participants will have the opportunity to develop crucial soft skills that play a key role in the professional and career development of future nurses. In addition, they will have the opportunity to learn about the Polish education system, which will bring them even closer to European educational standards.
