Applications for the Social Scholarship, Disability Scholarship, Rector's Scholarship and Student Aid for the academic year 2024/2025 must be completed on the student's individual account in the Virtual Dean's Office (Application form→Material Aid). Once the application has been accepted by the staff of the Dean's Office, the application must be printed and signed and then sent to the Dean's Office together with the originals of all attached documents.

We remind you that filling out an application in the Virtual Dean's Office is not the same as submitting it.

First stage of submission of applications:

  • assists: immediately, up to 6 months after the event;
  • Social scholarship: from 30 September to 20 October this year (instruction period);
  • disability allowance: from 30 September, allowance granted from the month of application;
  • Rector's scholarship: for students in the fields of Construction, Agriculture, Commodity Science, Internal Security, Logistics - from 23 September to 13 October this year.
  • Rector's scholarship: for nursing students - from 14 October to 31 October
