Safety and security in local communities

The conference “The State of the Security of Local Communities after the Constitutional Transformation of the Republic of Poland” took place on 3-4 June 2023 at the Faculty of Finance and Business of the Vistula Academy in Pułtusek, Poland, a national scientific conference entitled “The State of Security of Local Communities after the systemic transformation of the Republic of Poland”, which was organized in scientific cooperation with the International Academy of Applied Sciences in Łomża. During the conference our university was represented by Dr. Agnieszka Łapińska, Dr. Wiesław Zawadzki and Mr. Bartosz Murat, who appeared as a speaker with a lecture entitled “Creating the concept of community policy in Poland in the context of the functioning of the Police”. Topics discussed at the conference by its participants concerned various areas of security of local communities, while also referring to the current situation in Poland and abroad.
