For the 9th time, the International Academy of Applied Sciences was the organizer of the "Paddigmats in Management Sciences" conference. Everything took place in the charming corner of Podlasie – Tykocin.
We invited guests from Krakow, Wrocław, Warsaw, Poznań, Szczecin, Olsztyn and participants from abroad who were with us online – USA, Italy, Ukraine
"The point is to spend time scientifically, discuss modern management problems, as well as to see our region and to see that Podlasie is hospitable, how many attractions it has. I think the city of Tykocin is such a gem, where guests can see that it's worth coming here. In my opinion, they will come back here," says Dr. Ireneusz Żuchowski, the MANS Director for Development, Promotion and EU Funds.
During the two days of meetings, topics related to management in public institutions, personnel development and management development are discussed.
