On 30 May 2023, a meeting was held under the 'Meeting with Professor' programme with Dr. Ireneusz Żuchowski, Vice-President for the Development and Promotion of MANS. The meeting took place with the staff of the Department of Pedagogy and Special Pedagogy, Andragogy and Management of Żytomierski State University. This is Ivan Franki.
The main theme of the meeting was 'Innovative approach to vocational guidance using ICT on the basis of the 'Vocational Compass' project'. Dr. engineer. Ireneusz Żuchowski presented this topic by presenting projects and initiatives implemented by MANS in the field of vocational guidance using modern IT technologies.
Presented by Dr. Ing. Zhuchowsky provoked a lively discussion among the participants of the meeting. The staff of the Department of Pedagogy and Special Education, Androgyny and Management had the opportunity to ask questions, share their experiences and reflections on vocational guidance.
During the meeting, areas for further development of cooperation between MANS and the State University of Żytomyr were also discussed. Ivan Franki, especially in the context of design activities. The identification of areas of common interest and potential research projects can contribute to further cooperation and knowledge exchange between the two institutions.
Meeting with Dr. Ing. Ireneusz Żuchowski was an important step towards building inter-university ties and developing academic cooperation. The present innovative approach to vocational guidance using ICT tools opens up new perspectives for students and staff of both universities, enabling them to better prepare for their future professional careers.
