Leading: dr hab. inż. Jerzy Obolewicz, Prof. IBOA, a longtime lecturer in the Białystok University of Technology – Chair of Construction and Road Engineering, Department of Construction and Environmental Sciences, author of many scientific publications in the field of construction and speaker at international and nationwide conferences on construction.

The webinar is addressed to all those interested in the broadly understood construction issue, to members of the Polish Association of Forensic Scientists and Forensic Experts and to students and employees of MANS as well as to students of the construction faculties of higher technical universities in Poland.
