Required Documents

The following documents are required in the admissions process, in accordance with the MANS admissions regulations. Some documents are copied on site and certified by a University staff member.

  • A copy of the secondary school leaving certificate (the copy is made on site and certified by a University staff member).
  • A copy of the diploma of completion of a medical school — only for the Nursing programme (bridging studies); the copy is made on site and certified by a University staff member.
  • A copy of the diploma and a copy of the diploma supplement confirming completion of first-cycle studies — applies to applicants for second-cycle studies in the following programmes: Agriculture, Nursing, and Internal Security; copies are made on site and certified by a University staff member.
  • A digital photograph (JPG, 300 DPI) uploaded during electronic registration in the admissions system.
  • A personal questionnaire/application form downloaded from the admissions system.
  • Proof of payment of the enrolment fee.
  • Proof of payment of the admissions fee.
  • Identity card (for inspection and verification of data by a University staff member).

How to Submit Documents

Admissions are conducted online via the “Online Admissions” system. After logging in, complete your details and upload scans of the documents in the “My Documents” tab, and upload your photograph in the “My Details” tab.

After completing registration and payments, submit by post or in person the signed personal questionnaire and the required documents (visible in the “My Documents” tab).

Admissions Fees

As part of the admissions process, applicants are required to pay an admissions fee and an enrolment fee. An individual bank account number is available in the system in the “My Finances” tab.
